How is Dabrafenib dosed?
The dosage of dabrafenib depends on the medical condition being treated. For melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, anaplastic thyroid cancer, solid tumors, and glioma, the recommended oral dosage is as follows:
- Adults and children weighing 51 kg or more: 150 mg taken twice a day, 12 hours apart. The dose may be adjusted as needed.
- Children weighing between 38 to 50 kg: 100 mg taken twice a day, 12 hours apart. The dose may be adjusted as needed.
