To administer Nafarelin nasal spray, gently blow the nose, followed by using a bulb syringe to clean the nose. For central precocious puberty, tilt the head back slightly and insert the bottle's tip into the nostril while closing the other nostril with a finger. Pump the bottle once while sniffing in, allowing 30 seconds between sprays in the same nostril. For endometriosis, lean forward and insert the spray tip into one nostril, aiming it toward the back and outside of the nostril. Close the other nostril with a finger, and sniff in the spray while pumping the bottle once. Do not spray in the other nostril unless advised by a doctor. Remember to prime the spray pump before use and follow the instructions provided with the medicine carefully.
