How is Regorafenib dosed?

For hepatocellular cancer (HCC):

  • Adults: The recommended dose is 160 milligrams (mg) (four 40 mg tablets) once a day for 21 days of each 28-day cycle. The dose may be adjusted if necessary.

For metastatic cancer of the colon or rectum:

For metastatic gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST):
