The dosage of ustekinumab injection depends on the medical condition being treated, patient's weight, and doctor's orders. For Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis:

  • Adults weighing more than 85 kilograms (kg): 520 milligrams (mg) (4 vials) injected into your vein as a single dose.
  • Adults weighing more than 55 kg to 85 kg: 390 mg (3 vials) injected into your vein as a single dose. Please follow your doctor's orders or the instructions on the label for the appropriate dosage.
